ATC Reissue entries available in Amadeus RTS:
- FXF – PNR informative pricing WITHOUT new TST creation and preparation
of PNR for reissue
- FXE – PNR best pricer informative pricing;
- FXO – PNR best pricer confirmed pricing;
- FXQ – PNR confirmed pricing.

1.1 ATC Reissue commands usage in case if Consolidator

authorized it for all airlines

1.1.1 Informative pricing

Usage of ATC Reissue informative pricing entries (FXF, FXE) in RTS requires a
particular workflow due to RTS specifics (upon processing every entry RTS
performs RF;ER):
1. add new segments into PNR
2. RF;ER without removing old segments

3. perform ATC Reissue informative pricing entry with segment association

(e.g. FXF/S5,6)

3. Open RTS and sign into BMP terminal; send ATC Reissue informative pricing
entry with segment association (e.g. FXF/S4-5)

In such case ATC Reissue commands usage in RTS should be done as normal –
based on the standard ATC Reissue workflow.

1. Retrieve PNR that needs to be changed

2. Run RTS script/open bmp.viaamadeus.com; sign in to BMP terminal; click

on “Get record locator”, insert ATC Reissue command with segment
association

3. Check the calculated extra charges

4. Confirm the calculation and apply the new fare

5. RTS will perform the requested entry (prepare TST(s), create EMD(s) and
respective TSM(s) for reissue)

6. Old segments should be removed from PNR; FOP in TST and TSM (where
applicable) should be prepared for reissue

7. Reissue entry should be sent via RTS in order to complete the process
