Supplement Quiz: How Much Do You

Really Know?

It's time to test your knowledge of sports, performance and

nutritional supplementation. Take this quiz and post your results
to see how you "stack" up.

Ever since graduating I’ve sort of missed the long, exhausting nights with my eyes glued
to a biochemistry textbook. I don’t know why, I just always enjoyed learning and
uncovering how the human body works.

Moreover, given my interest in sports supplementation and the fact that Muscle &
Strength has 1000’s of these supplements available to many countries around the world,
I thought it would be fun to compose a quiz for the supplement aficionados out there
and see if people are really up to speed on what they’re putting in their bodies. Don’t
worry, studying for this quiz is optional (but if you’re having a competition with your
meathead buddies to see who actually has a brain I would do some preliminary
research).

Before moving on, please make sure you perform a proper warm up with that noggin of
yours because I don’t want anybody getting hurt during this (not so) grueling brain
workout. I am not responsible for any brain trauma that may occur during your cogitation
of these questions. Also beware, your ego may grow exorbitantly if you do well on this
quiz, which may cause you to believe you can hoist more iron than your body is capable
of; always leave your ego at the door of the gym. Now, let the fun begin, bro!
