• As its state like to properly introduce myself my name is Carl Lexter Tabaco and i am currently

undergrad student of Bachelor of Science Information Technology from Cordova Public College i
do have a little bit knowledge when it comes to computer like the basic is turning on and off
and then installing , programming and memorizing codes and basically I have been in BPO
industry for about 2years, working as a telemarketer, which what we do saling product and if
you give me chance to try my luck here i will do my very best to exceed your expectation

• What kind of Product?


Such as money loan, Medicare which talk about this is covered and lastly is the lead generation
which searches IT staff

• Tell me more about your job experience


well as i said i do have a lot of work experience regarding on bpo industries where my job is
taking calls and being able to give and to provide professional service for every customers

• Where do you see yourself 5/10 yrs from now ?

Well i just wanna look at myself from today as for tomorrows its gonna be diffenrent story i
mean how i see my self being here today and basically im gonna start here so rather have it end
here as well

• What are your strenghts?

my greatest strenghts is my ability to adapt well to the situation and to the environment and
aside from that i also have the abilty to learn fast on the certain job

• why do you wanna work for our company ?

a friend of mine did told me that your company really values training for new employees and
also it can help me grow my career as well

• What are your weakness ?

Well i dont have much time to think what my weaknesess are , cause i do believe that my ability
will help me overcome that obstacle quickly

• How would you handle a call from an angry customer?


i should remain calm, for example when a customer starts yelling or being otherwise rude, you
dont have to be gained by responding in a similar manner, just maintain control of yourself,
even if the customers tirade makes you feeling like yelling yourself

• What’s your idea of a call center?


it's the job of call center agents to listen and understand customer concerns while also
providing helpful information. At the end of the day, customer service call centers need to
create satisfied customers with every call.
• what is the difference between inbound and outbound call center ?
an inbound call center deals with the majority of incomings calls means the customers need
assistance with the product or with certain problem on the other hand outbound call center is
the exact opposite of inbound calls , outbound agent makes ongoing calls

• WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU?


You should hire me because I have what it takes not just to be a call center agent but also to
build a career In this industry. I have observed how people worked in a call enter since one of
my previous job is an outbound call center agent, and I can say that I have the skills and the right
attitude to survive and stay long long in this kind of environment. I know that I can and I am
willing to go the extra mile to excel in my performance that way I can contribute to the growth
of your company. I'm also a fast learner and I'm sure that it will help me during training, given
that the call center is a fast paced industry.

• What is Customer Service


Customer service is one of the most important aspect of a business. They are the bread and
butter of a business so it is important that they get the excellent service, they deserve whenever
they needed or even when they don't ask for it. it's the job of call center agents to listen and
understand customer concerns while also providing helpful information. At the end of the day,
customer service call centers need to create satisfied customers with every call.

• If given we give you a chance what are you contribution to make our company grow?
I can say that i have the attittude to show commitment of not doing absences and having a
good behaviour

• Do you have any issue in regards to attendance?


so far when im working in a BPO industry i dont have any issue in regards with that attendance, i
think that is the most interesting about me
