PERSONAL OPINION.

Well the aging of the human being is a natural process, which occurs throughout the life
cycle. Thus, not all people age in the same way, if not everyone has their way of aging,
depending on how it was the care or feeding of each person and the care of older adults are
specific that a person must prioritize Direct care to an older adult or nurse should know the
step-by-step care of how you should perform the care. There are also problems or situations
that occur in older adults such as; the dementia that is a problem of great magnitude for the
deterioration that implies for the person in different aspects such as motor skills, memory,
orientation, etc. This mental syndrome characterized by a deterioration of short and long-
term memory, associated with disorders of thought is the result, among other factors, of the
increase in life expectancy at birth and the decrease in mortality of the group of older
adults.

PERSONAL OPINION.

Well the older adult needs more comprehensive care and prioritization, the important thing
should be working on the promotion and prevention of each older adult for his healthy
health, the same and also for his family. Because the need of the elderly is more delicate
than it was before because their defenses or health is different from other stages of their
daily lives. As the functional and biological capacities have been changing throughout the
life that is living. The older adult returns as a newborn baby because he begins to be
dependent on his family and environment, also diseases are increasing more in the elderly
with a higher incidence of morbidity and mortality. The aging of the human being is
natural, during their daily life or life cycle, the attention that should be given to the Elderly,
has as a goal to prioritize and improve, maintain the health of the elderly. The need of the
elderly should be organized, handled urgently and focus more on promotion and
prevention.
