    Dear Customer,

    If you cannot activate the Simulator. Please try this way:

    1.Delete the old serial number on the computer:


    If the XP system, delete the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE \ Knife
    Edge Software \ Encrypted
    If win7 system, delete the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE \
    Wow6432Node \ Knife Edge Software \ Encrypted

    2. Enter a unique serial number:


    When you activate G7, because the old serial number has been deleted,then you can enter
    a unique serial number on the CD G7 I3. Other serial numbers are common using, as follows:
