JOINT AFFIDAVIT

to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That weare incumbent Barangay officials of Barangay Samburon, Linamon, Lanao

del Norte. I, Erdulfo R. Macas being the Punong Barangay while we, ______ and ____ are
Barangay Kagawads;

That we personally know Melisa Real Baliwag who is a bonafide resident of Purok 4
Barangay Samburon, Linamon, Lanao del Norte;

That as barangay officials, we can vouch for her good character, uprightness and that
as far as we know, MELISA REAL BALIWAG was never a member of any left-leaning
organization;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
