MOTION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF

WRIT OF EXECUTION

COMES NOW Plaintiffs, through counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully submit this Motion for the Issuance of Writ of Execution and in
amplification thereof most respectfully aver:

1. That on 05 December 2018, the Honorable Court rendered a Decision on the above-
captioned case in favor of herein plaintiffs, ordering as follows:

“WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby

rendered in favour of plaintiffs, xxx

SO ORDERED.”

2. That on 05 June 2019, a Certificate of Finality has been issued by the Branch Clerk of
Court of this Honorable Court, certifying that the above-mentioned Decision is now
Final and Executory.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that a

Writ of Execution be ISSUED to enforce the DECISION of this Honorable Court dated
05 December 2018.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
