Important Guidelines
• Customer can place order by simply dialing 1218
• Selected phone-set by customer will be dispatched conveniently with cash-on-delivery
• *Prices are subject to foreign exchange fluctuation
• Contact Center staff will place the order through PCRM
• “Four Bridges” will accept and validate the order by calling customer to confirm order request
• “Four Bridges” will then dispatch the order to the customer through TCS with convenient cash on delivery mechanism
• Cash-on-Delivery charges of Rs. 160 apply on each delivery
• All phone sets have 1 Year warranty (accidental damage not included) which customers would claim directly to “Four Bridges”
• This facility will not be available for Quetta as it is not covered by TCS for cash-on-delivery

• Enter PSTN number in PSTN Field and click on GO
• Select Company Name in Landline Set Company Field
• Select “Model” in Landline Set Model Field
• Price will be set automatically

• Four Bridges will check the order details as appended below (step 4 screenshot)
• Four Bridges will dial confirmation call to customer
• Upon customer consent/confirmation order will be Accepted or Rejected

• If Customer is willing to avail requested telephone set then Four Bridges will accept the order and will update
tracking ID as appended in below (Step 5 screenshot)
• Customer will receive tracking ID via SMS on registered mobile number
• Customer can track his order online on TCS website by mention tracking ID https://www.tcsexpress.com/
