COURSE OBJECTIVES

 To study about electrochemical energy systems and their applications.

 To impart knowledge on the basic concepts of battery technology.
 To familiarize the students with various sources of renewable energy and their
harnessing.
 To demonstrate the construction of photovoltaic cells.
 To introduce different types of nano-materials.
 To expose the students to latest instrumental techniques such as scanning electronic
microscope (SEM) & transmission electron microscope (TEM).
