TRAINING PROPOSAL
I. Title of the Training: Innovative Learning for the 21st Century Educators
II. Target Participants and Number of Participants: The participants will be the
nine subject group heads of the different departments and six master
teachers.

III. Proposed Date and Venue: January 22, 2019, Monday at 8:00-12:00 for
Afternoon Shift and 1:00- 5:00 for Morning Shift . The training will be held
at the library of Luis Y Ferrer Jr., Senior High School, South Square Subd.
Pasong Kawayan II, Gen. Trias, Cavite.
IV. Funding Source: None

V. Proposed Budget: (Provide breakdown of the proposed budget for the


conduct of the training.)

VIII. Rationale: Learners that we have today are far different from the learners in
the past. These are the students of the 21st century, who are more active,
visual and digital learners which demand for a 21st century educator. In
keeping with the current times, our Department of education has issued
Deped Order 42, s. 2016- Policy Guidelines on Daily Lesson Preparation for
the K to 12 Basic Education Program where it is stipulated that planning the
daily lesson play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of teaching and

learning in schools. It aims to support the teachers in organizing their classes


and lessons effectively and efficiently to ensure learning outcomes. These
guidelines also aim to empower teachers to carry out quality instruction and
allows the use of varied instructional and formative assessment strategies
including the use of information and communications technologies (ICTs),
and enables the teachers to guide, mentor and support learners in
developing and assessing their learning across the curriculum. In
connection with this, our school has collaborated with PERCDC Learn hub,
a technology oriented learning institution, and wherein they will give free
training on their innovative learning mobile application for Senior High
School that is compliant with the DepEd Curriculum Guide. This will
maximize the student learning motivation by engaging them to assess their
progress and fill in any deficiency.

IX. Training Objectives :


1. To empower teachers to have quality instruction through the use
of innovative learning mobile.
2. To familiarize themselves in the use of innovative learning mobile.

through summarizing and maintaining records and pertinent papers and
taking photos and / or video footages of activities.

Executive- Provide the financial and training resources and oversee the
conduct of the seminar.

Planning- Plan and prepare the proposal for the training as well as human
resources and materials for the training.

Program and Invitation- Invites the speakers / presenters for talks,


workshops, or panel discussions; obtaining biographical information and
equipment needs from the invited speakers; maintaining communication
with speakers to confirm the date and time for their presentations and
creating the program.

Program Manager- responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of


the program.

QATAME Officer- ensures the quality in the delivery of DepEd training


program such as this one. Provides feedback and results of the training.
Helps improve performance and achieve results.
