SUBJECT : HEW SCHEDULE OF THE DI$TRICT FIELD ADVI$ERS' UPDATE

Due to an unavoidable schedule conflict with the Department of Education, the District Firld
{DfA} Advisers' Update set last May 28-31 to be held in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental
(Council Circular No. 6, $eries of 2019) is rescheduled on .JHne 29, 201-9., $aturdav ffofr
7:30 A.[fl. to 5:00 P.M. atthe Bohol Sunset Mlla in Taloto District. Taqbilaran Citv. Bohol.

The District Field Advisers are the Technical Extension of the Council. The success of the
administration of the Girl Scout Prryrams and Training Events in the Council, and in the
Girl Scout Distric,ts depends largely on their knowledge and skills. They play a vital role in
facilitating the monitoring of troop registration, program implementation, and reporting of activities
in the district. Hence, the need for the Council to constantly hold training updates to produce
more effective and efficient DFAs; and to keep them posted of new ideas and information about
Girl Scouting.

All Districl Field Advisers are enjoined to attend the said training update.

The DFAs must have submitted their updated Endorsement Letter signed by the Diskict
Committee Chairman, and District Commissioner.

Reqistration Fee & lnclusions

Subsidized registration fee is Eight Hundred Pesos (P800.00) per partiiipant to cover for A.M. &
P.M. snacks, lunch, and training kitlmaErials.
The registration fee, and transportationltravelling expenses of the participants are chargeable
against Division/School Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), District share of
SMFC tickets, local and other sources of funds subjec{ to the usual accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.

Attire
GSP Alternate Uniform (white blouse, green pants, green vest), GSP Adult Scarf & Pins, and
closed black shoes.

Comoensatorv Compensatorv Time Off (GTOlIService Credit

CTO or Seruice Credit can be claimed for the extra service rendered on a Saturday and Sunday.

Please be guided accordingly. Wde dissemination is highly desired.
