Overview
This performance task aims to encourage the students to better understand themselves and the significant
people around them in order to make important career decisions as adolescents.

Performance Task
“Blueprint of My Life”
As a Junior Accounts Manager, you are one of the candidates for the promotion of your company to be
the next Senior Accounts Manager who will handle VIP clients. Finally, after several years of being an
employee of Insured Life Plans, you will be given the opportunity to get one of the highest ranking
positions. In order to get the promotion you’ve been waiting for, you need to present your achievements
in life through your “Personal Development Plan” to the President, Vice President for Operations, and
Vice President for Management of Insured Life Plans. The candidate should submit a comprehensive,
well-organized, clear, and feasible manuscript of his/her personal development plan. Also, the
candidate should be prepared in presenting his/her personal development plan, specifically his/her
pronounced achievements.
