AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE AREA

OF AGRICULTURAL LANDHOLDING

I, FELIPE LLAGAS, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

_________________, after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law,
depose and say:

1. That I own only an aggregate landholding with an area of 34,201

square meters more or less located at Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte,
Philippines describe under TCT No. EP-1407, which I sold to
JEFFERSON O. JABILLES;

2. That the above real property is our retention or portion of our

retention area which does not exceed five (5) hectares;

3. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR memo No. 1

series of 1989 as well as other laws and guidelines for the
implementation of the DAR program and to further state that I only
own an area not more than 5 hectares.
