PROPERTY TITLES
This section focuses on the different Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)s documents. The said TCTs are laid on the map accordingly.
All data and information used in the delineation of the property were based on the TCTs and Lot Data Computation as a reference.
Computation also has been made independently to check the variance and determined the linear error of closure of the property.

Major Observations
Delineation of property boundary of this lot was based
to the existing title entered at Registry of Deeds Pasig,
Rizal on June 6, 1973. Lot Data Computation requested
at DENR-Region IVA was not used in delineation of the
boundary because it does not conform to the technical
description as stipulated in the title. As a result the
computation did not close which produces a linear error
of closure of 486.52 m. Hence, technical description on
the title was used with a linear error of closure 5.72 cm.

Major Observations

Data used for the delineation of the boundary was

based on the title filed entered at Registry of Deeds
Pasig Rizal dated on May 3, 1965 and the lot data
computation requested since the variance of the bearing
in both title and lot data computation was minimal.
Linear error of closure results to 7.41 cm.
