Greetings!

Having a great desire to impart my knowledge to the students, I would like to apply
for a teaching position at Tabon Integrated School.

I am NIZZI P. DAMIAN, 27 years old; single and presently residing a,

Tabon,Batan, Aklan.

I have graduated from AKLAN STATE UNIVERSITY – School of Arts and Sciences,
Banga, Aklan with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and took
Education units at Altavas College.

I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers given by the Professional

Regulation Commission (PRC) at Iloilo City last May 2015 with a rating of
77.40%.

I’ve been a kindergarten teacher at Altavas Emmanuel Learning Center from

July 2014 to October 2015 and currently teaching at Tabon Integrated School
under the Provincial School Board.

Attached herewith are my personal data and other documents to support my
