Break out your crayons or colored pencils.

Turn off your phone, tablet, computer, whatever.

Find your favorite page in the book. That is the beginning.

Start coloring.

If you notice at any point that you are forgetting your worries,
daydreaming freely or feeling more creative, curious, excitable,
delighted, relaxed or any combination thereof, take a deep breath
and enjoy it. Remind yourself that coloring, like dancing or falling
in love, does not have a point. It is the point.

 About the Artist
Katy Lipscomb has had a passion for drawing since
she was a little girl. Now in her early twenties,
she has turned that passion into a thriving career
through the use of social media.

Katy has worked with companies such as Patreon,

Modify Watches, Passion Planner, Winsor &
Newton and more. She has also been interviewed
by National Public Radio for her innovative use
of the popular smartphone app, Vine. Her first
book published by Blue Star Coloring, Howl, was
featured in Time Magazine and numerous other
publications. Now, she is excited to bring you her
second adult coloring book in partnership with
Blue Star Coloring.
