    Implementation Process
    i) Employees can call the number mentioned on placard when they need any emotional help
    ii) LifeWorks EAP Officer to receive the call and help/ guide/ support emotionally – Individuals dealing
    with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, etc could call us.
    iii) Emails will be received & replied directly by clinical psychologist due to free flow of thoughts.
    iv) Launch of service (most important to make the team understand confidentiality and privacy that
    is maintained and insurance coverage of such services, use of portal.)
    v) Monthly report would be shared ( Percentage data only ) with the concerned department
