 BAB I

SIntroduction

Tunda, is a small island located in the Java Sea, which is to the north of
Banten Bay. Administratively, this island is included in the area of Serang
Regency, Banten. The area of Tunda Island is around 300 hectares. In
2007, the population of Tunda Island reached 3000 people.
Administratively, on Tunda Island there is 1 village, namely Wargasara
Village. The name of the village is defined as a village whose people obey
the law, Wargasara is a village name given by the deceased community
leader at that time named H. Mohammad Toha who served as village head.
This village consists of 2 hamlets namely West Village and East Village.
The work of the villagers in general is fishing laborers, cultivating
secondary crops, and a small portion as intermediary traders.
Tunda Island has actually become a very interesting tourism object to
study. The beauty of the beach and the sea has not been explored further.
Even though sailing activities with views of the sea and dolphins, fishing,
snorkeling, diving, seeing the sunset and sunrise are interesting tourism
potential. Only a few investors invest or do business in the tourism
industry on Tunda Island. So that local governments must continue to
explore this interesting potential that has not been touched.
 We established this travel agent, because we realized how beautiful our
homeland . This is a family business that has been around since 2015, we give
the name of this business is "Mai Travel". In this business we as a family
share with each other such as: my brother who manages the website, my
younger brother who guides tourists to get around, my parents who take care
of homestays and myself who manage the income and expenditure of money.

In this travel business we employ employees to help with the

smooth running of this business, because almost every year we get an
increasing number of visitors, so we employ around 10 people.

The following are details of assignments for the employees we have made:

 To pick up visitors from Rambutan terminal to Pakupatan ( Serang

Terminal) (2 people)
 To pick up visitors from Pakupatan ( Serang terminal) to
Karangantu pier (2 people)
 Next, take a traditional boat from the pier to the location (2 people)
 As a tour guide (1 person)
 Maintain homestay cleanliness (3 people)

05:30 - 06:00: Gather at Meeting Point to attend and hold a Tunda Island
Open Trip briefing
6:00 - 8:00: Kampung Rambutan - Serang Trip (Pakupatan Terminal)
8:00 - 8:30: Serang Trip (Pakupatan Terminal) - Karang Antu Pier
08:30 - 09:30: Get ready to take a boat to get to Pulau Tunda & have
breakfast
9:30 - 11:00: Travel to Tunda Island
11.00 - 13.00: Head for homestay on Pulau Tunda, rest, pray & eat (first
meal)
13.00 - 17:00: Snorkeling spot 1, spot 2 & sunset hunting (west pier)
17.00 - 18.00: Return to the homestay
18: 00-22: 00: Clean-up, rest, dinner (second meal) & free program,
clubbing (sitting happy)
22.00 - ..........: Rest

05.00 - 07.00: Wake up, pray & breakfast (third meal) and relax at Tunda
Island pier, Dolphin Show (Optional)
07.00 - 11.00: Snorkeling spot 3, Snorkeling spot 4 & Snorkeling spot 5
11.00 - 12.00: Return to homestay, clean and packing home
12.00 - 13.00: Lunch
13.00 - 14.30: Travel from Tunda Island to the Karang Antu pier
14.30 - 15.00: Karang Antu Travel - towards Serang (Pakupatan Terminal)
15: 00-17: 00: Arriving at Pakupatan Serang Terminal (who wants to go
home to Jakarta, TL can be helped to be directed towards the bus home)
