SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JULIETA VILLAPA DIMAILIG, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of

Barangay Magbabadil, Aborlan, Palawan, do hereby appoint, name and constitute
PHILLIS YVON MARSH D. BAGUIO, also of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of
Barangay Magbabadil, Aborlan, Palawan, to be my exclusive, true and lawful Attorney-in-
Fact, and for that purpose, in my name and in my behalf, to do and perform all or any of
the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To TRANSACT, FOLLOW-UP AND PROCESS my SURVIVORSHIP PENSION before

the office of the Union Bank of the Philippines, Rizal Avenue, Puerto Princesa City
Branch, with Account Number 4162-9802-0378-7782 and Valid Until November 2026,
and receive any documents and other proceeds as an accomplishment of the
aforementioned power;

2. To make, sign, seal, execute and deliver all contracts, documents, agreements
and other writings of whatever nature or kind for the accomplishment of the
aforementioned power and make payments, if required;

3. In general to do all other acts, deeds, and matters relating to my interests

above, as fully and effectual to all intents and purposes as I could lawfully do in my own
proper person if personally present; and

4. Giving and granting unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authorities, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney or her substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue hereof.
