This topic served as an introduction to a very interesting
subject. A lot of terms were presented which clarified concepts
like adapted PE and corrective PE.

The discussant comprehensibly explained the contents of the


topic and even scrutinized smaller concepts and its relationship
to broader terms.

Categorizing body types is necessary for P.E. teachers, it
should be one of the basis in creating appropriate activities
for the students.

The reporter expounded the topic understandably, gave examples


of famous celebrities and their body type. I’ve learned that I
am an endomorphic individual, then offered me suggestions on
what type of exercises should I practice and what food should I
consume.

This topic is essential to everyone, it made me realize the
importance of good posture and the benefits that we could get in
practicing it.

The discussant made the topic more interesting through sharing


personal experiences and giving valuable examples on the
importance of good posture. Funny lines were uttered which made
the lesson more lively and interactive.

This was my report, I could say that it went well.
I presented the most common posture faults that we are
experiencing like hunchback, slouching, rounded shoulders etc. I
also presented three postural defects the kyphosis, lordosis and
scoliosis and their treatment.

The discussion was very informative. It made me realize that
every move that we make is influenced by our posture. All of our
daily activities, even the simplest is affected by our posture.
Which is the main cause of poor body mechanics.

body mechanic, meaningfully shown examples of the diseases that
people may have in having poor body mechanics.

Programs offered to challenged individuals should be carefully
and creatively designed, new ideas should be catered and should
complement on the needs of the specific individual, programs for
the persons with postural deviations must be well devised
offering various ways on curing such illness.

The discussant presented the topic well, enumerated programs for


individuals with postural deviations, significantly explained
and cleared things about the contents of such programs.

Planning for the physical education program is an important
aspect of a curriculum, cooperation between the stakeholders of
the institution is needed for the comprehensive planning of such
programs. Cooperation and contribution of professionals in the
community is essential for a better result on the development of
the leaners be it, cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

The reporter widely expounded the topic, concepts on the


cooperative planning were discussed, its meaning and importance.
Also, different professionals were enumerated and their probable
contributions in the Physical education curriculum.

because it is the only key to understanding the needs of those
who are with disability. Proper handling and teaching to these
individuals must be applied.

personal experiences on handling specialized activities were
exemplified. Guidelines and recommendations on how to handle
activities for those students with disabilities are explained.
