WHAT IS A PROJECT?

A temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique

 A project is temporary in that it has a defined beginning and

end in time, and therefore defined scope and resources.
 A project is unique in that it is not a routine operation, but a
specific set of operations designed to accomplish a singular
goal.

ACTIVITY 1

Think of the last project you have done in the past.

 Did you complete it in time?

 Did it go over budget?
 Did you compromise on anything to be able to complete it on time?
 Do you feel the slightest regret and wish you would have been able to do
it better?

Would it be better if someone spells it out for you?

Give you a template, maybe?
