Progressed from Crew Chief to Sr. Munitions Inspector and then to Munitions Flight Chief.
Reduced nine significant findings to zero during UEI inspections as part of inherited shop supervisor
duties.
Created new process with inter-service Courtesy Storage Agreement that saved time, money, and
resources in storage of munitions.
Analyzed and validated inter-service munitions support agreements and storage.
Evaluated storage conditions and health of munitions stockpile, custody accounts, unserviceable assets
and those awaiting shipment.
Complied with explosive safety, ground safety, and security directives and practices.
Crew Chief/Munitions Inspector
U.S. Air Force, Nellis AFB Nov 2013 – Mar 2015
Coordinated Precision Guided Munitions support for deployed units and allied nations in support of
Combat Forces training scenarios and exercises.
Trained newly assigned munitions personnel on security awareness, maintenance practices and
procedures.
Saved USAF $720K and received a Letter of Accommodation by detecting loose missile radome tips
and relaying information to engineering teams.
Led audit of advanced weapons inventories; verified line items with 100% accountability.
