Greetings!

The PAMBUAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL will be holding a Synchronized Induction into
Office for all the Incumbent Officers of the different school organizations slated on July 28, 2017 at
6:00 PM,
To wit:

a. SSG
b. FPTA
c. SGC
d. Faculty and Staff

Despite the schools limited resources, the Officers and Members of the Student Government
decided to undertake the said activity in celebration of their triumph and a manifestation of their
love and concern with one another.

Such an overwhelming show of camaraderie and unity cannot but uplift our hearth and companion
for the youth of the school in particular and the entire youth of the city in general.

However, it is to our regret that the majority of the students, who mostly belong to the
marginalized sector of the community, cannot afford and has no means whatsoever to shoulder the
expenses to be incurred during the event.

It is in this light that the Faculty and Staff of the school, at the instance of the Student
Government Officers and the Federated Parent-Teachers Association, would like to request your
Honorable Office to sponsor the cost of the mobile disco to be utilized during the affair.

The school will be more than appreciative and pleased on your positive response to this
matter.
Rest you be assured, our Beloved Vice –Mayor that the Pambuan National High School will always be
one and in unison with all your undertakings today and in the future!
