SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Buburay National High School – Watchman of Buburay National High School.

The above-named person is hereby hired to perform the duties and resposibilities
enumerated above in projects undertaken and implemented by Buburay National High School,
Dimataling District, Division of Zamboanga del Sur from October 1 to December 31, 2017 under
the terms and conditions:

1. THAT the job order covers piece of work, the payment of which is on monthly basis.
2. That the job order is not covered by civil service law, rules and regulations but subject to
COA auditing rules and regulations;
3. THAT employment under herein job order does not entitle the person hired to benefits
enjoyed by the government employees such as PERA/ACA, RATA, 13th month bonuses
and the like;
4. THAT services rendered under the herein job order are not considered government service;
5. THAT the person herein hired:
a. Has/have not been subject to any administrative nor been previously dismissed
from the service due to the commission of an administrative offense.
b. Is not covered under the rule of nepotism.
c. Is not being hired to perform the functions pertaining the vacant plantilla positions
d. Has not yet reached the compulsory retirement age of sixty- five (65) years and
e. Has not been found to possess fake or spurious eligibilities.
