Work Experience
05/18-07/18 Video Anomaly Detection using Python and MATLAB — IIT Roorkee
• The project involved designing the framework to differentiate the activities of daily living from
abnormal activities like falling or tripping.-
• The classification was done using support vector machine, random forest, k-nearest neighbors
and Alexnet on a publicly available dataset containing both rgb and depth videos

10/18 Analyze This 2018 — Personal Project

• This is a data science competition organized by American Express based on predictive modeling.
• In this, I worked on a very large dataset. I tested the performance from Logistic Regression,
KNN, SVM, etc. since it was a classification problem.
• Further I tested deep neural networks, XG Boost etc to improve the efficiency of the model.

05/17-06/17 Violent Activity Detection — Ongoing Project — IIT Roorkee

• Project involves timely detection of abnormal, specifically violent, crowd behavior
• This is an ongoing project started on 20 Jan, 2019 and soon to be completed
