    Present: Ld. APP for the State.
    IO SI Shiv Kumar in person.
    Clarifications   sought   from   the   IO   regarding   the
    complaint of the complainant u/s 195 Cr.P.C.
    It   is   submitted   by   the   IO   that   complaint   of   the
    complainant is already on record. Perused.
    As such IO is discharged.
    I take cognizance of the offence.
    Issue fresh summons against the accused through
    IO concerned  returnable on 30.11.2017 at 2:00 pm.
    Issue court notice to the victim K. Alameli through
    IO concerned returnable on date fixed.
    Issue court notice to the IO to appear in person
    through SHO concerned returnable on date fixed.
    Also issue fresh notice to SHO concerned to file
    previous conviction report of accused  returnable  on date fixed.
