Discussion of Agenda #1
Remarks:
 SK Chairman introduced the names of the 6 newly elected SK kagawads.
 All members of sangguniang kabataan of Bariw warmly welcome the said personalities.

Discussion of Agenda #2
Remarks:
 The list of the set of officers were attached.
 Everyone participated and nominated their candidates and voted accordingly.
 Election started peacefully and ended up the same.

Discussion of Agenda #3
 A week before the fiesta, all members of sangguniang kabataan are going to clean the stage
area where the dance party will be held.
 Same activity as the latter will be done on that said area going to Sea port.
 SK Chairman is going to solicit funds for the repair of basketball court, board and rings.
 We will be having basketball tournament for the upcoming fiesta
 It is also suggested by the members to have Mr. Barako in the upcoming fiesta
 Color Fun Run is also suggested by the members to add color for the said event
 Funds for all the activities will come from their SK budget but in the case that the IRR of
funds disbursement is still missing, solicitation is the second choice.

Discussion of Agenda #4
 It is unanimously agreed by all members of sangguniang kabataan to cooperate for all the
upcoming activities.
Adjournment
In the motion made my Marivic Dela Cruz to adjourn the meeting, it was unanimously seconded since everything were discussed and
no more pending matters on the table.
