JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION

We, GODEON CABALLERO VILLA and VERNALIEZEL BUCAO

VILLA , both Filipinos, of legal age, and residents of Brgy. Bogo, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the biological parents of KENT ANDERSON BUCAO

who was born on March 12, 1999 at St.Anthony Mother and Child
Hospital, Basak, San Nicolas, Cebu City;

2. That the facts of birth of said child has been duly registered on March 30,
1999 under registry number 99-06499 at the Local Civil Registrar of
Cebu City;

3. That at the time of the said child’s conception and birth, we were not yet
married;

4. That at the time when KENT ANDERSON BUCAO was conceived, we

were hindered by legal impediment to marry due to our lack of legal
capacity to enter into contract;

5. That by the time we are already of age, we contracted marriage

subsequently on August 5, 2000 at Iglesia ni Christo Church , Tisa, Cebu
City solemnized by Macleo Ibasco, Church Minister of the Gospel;

6. That the said marriage was duly registered at the Local Civil Registrer of
Cebu City under registry number 2000-4722;

7. That by reason of such marriage, KENT ANDERSON BUCAO had

been legitimated and bestowed with all rights and privileges pertaining to
a legitimate child, including the right to use the surname of the father
such that he is already known as KENT ANDERSON BUCAO VILLA;

8. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
statements and to cause the change of the entry of birth as to his status
from “Illegitimate” to “Legitimate”.
