We M/S Steel Ltd are in ship scrap recycling business at Gaddani Ship Breaking Yard. We heard about
your Laboratories and its services pertaining testing and evaluation of petroleum products. We are
writing this letter to obtain your reputable services.

Along with this letter we are sending the samples of sand and water from the yard to test the
percentage of contamination level of oil in the provided samples. Addition to this we would like to know
which kind of oil product it is. It will be highly appreciated if our request is entertained on urgent basis.
