KITCHEN EQUIPMETS

COOKING RANGES
A kitchen stove, often called simply a stove or a cooker, is a
kitchen appliance designed for the purpose of cooking food.
Kitchen stoves rely on the application of direct heat for
the cooking process and may also contain an oven, used for
baking.

MIXER
A mixer is a kitchen utensil which uses a gear-driven
mechanism to rotate a set of beaters in a bowl containing the
food to be prepared. It automates the repetitive tasks of stirring,
whisking or beating. When the beaters are replaced by a dough
hook, a mixer may also be used to knead.

MICROWAVE
In addition to their use in cooking food, microwave ovens
are used for heating in many industrial processes.Microwave ovens
are a common kitchen appliance and are popular for reheating
previously cooked foods and cooking a variety of foods.

EXHAUST WOOD
Perhaps the most important job of the range hood is to improve
the air quality of your kitchen. Hoods are designed to remove
odors, smoke, grease and other pollutants that are released into
the air while cooking.

GRIDDLES
It works well for not only pancakes and eggs but also bacon, French toast,
hash browns, and other breakfast items. Griddles are also often used for
cooking burgers and other hot sandwiches such as grilled cheese. An
electric griddle does have a few advantages over one that is in or on the
stovetop.
