The Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Alcantara National High School is pleased to inform you that
we will participate to the forthcoming Fifth Council-Wide Rovermoot (Based on Division
Memorandum No. 13, s. 2019 that is posted in BSP-Bulletin Board) on 7-10 February 2019 at
Progreso Este Elementary School, Odiongan, Romblon South District, Brgy. Progreso Este,
Odiongan, Romblon with the theme: “Commitment to Excellence”.

In this regard, I respectfully ask permission and appeal from your good office to excuse all Eagle
Scouts and Eagle Scouts Candidates for S.Y. 2018-2019 from your class today (Wednesday 30
January, 2019 12:30pm-3:30pm) to attend Medical Check Up for the said BSP activity at
Alcantara-RHU.
