• Secured ‘Outstanding’ (the highest attainable grade) in IPR and Cr. P.C ‘Distinction’ (2nd highest
attainable grade) in Environment Law, Labour laws, I.P.C., Family Law, constitutional law, Legal and
research Methodology, Economics, History, Sociology, English and Political Science.

PREVIOUS INTERNSHIPS/ ENGAGEMENTS

• Have done field work for a research conducted by TISS, MUMBAI under guidance of Dr. P.M.
Nair, (retd.), DGP, on the Human trafficking in Bihar.

• Have trained 90 police officers of Patna and Bhojpur district on children-oriented laws (J.J.
Act & POCSO Act) under the aegis of CID, Bihar.

• Have 6 months of experience of working in various district courts and High Court of Delhi.

Have drafted 58 petitions of Trial courts and 32 Petitions of High court. [2017– 2018]

• DISTRICT AND STATE CONSUMER FORUM, PATNA [June –July , 2016: 4 weeks]

Drafted 8 cases of district forum and 3 cases of state forum.

Assisted my advocate while pleading before the court and appeared before state forum and
sought relief in 4 matters.

Dealt with clients and read companies Act, SARFAESI Act and DRT Act during my internship.
• BIHAR JUDICIAL ACADEMY, PATNA [December ,2015– January , 2016: 4 weeks]

Did research work under the guidance of the OSD, BJA.

Attended classes of newly inducted magistrates.

• Contributed a chapter in the book “Courts of India: Past to present” published by Union ministry
of Information and Broadcasting. ISBN [9788123022147].
SEMINARS/CONFERENCES ATTENDED
• Awarded Best paper in 2nd Into Legal World National Seminar on 'Save Prisoners from
Injustice', 2018.
• Presented a research paper titled “Gender Neutralization of IPC” in UGC SPONSORED NATIONAL
SEMINAR ON FEMININE JURISPRUDENCE AND GENDER BIASED LAWS IN INDIA on September 29, 2018
• Appointed as observer at a state level workshop of Nodal officers of SJPU by UNICEF.
• Attended a seminar on “JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT” held on 29th August 2015 in Bihar judicial
Academy.
• Worked as rapporteur in Regional Conference for Enhancing Excellence of the Judicial
Institutions: Challenges & Opportunities (East Zone-1) organized by NJA at BJA.

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS
• Working on a project assessing the condition of Legal Aid in Bihar in Association with BSLSA
and Prison department of Bihar.
• Second prize, in the state level on-spot essay writing competition organised by BSACS with
UNICEF, among 30 participating universities of BIHAR.
• Won second prize in Essay writing competition organised by Red Cross – 2016.
• Won best intern award at District consumer forum, Patna for summer internship- 2016.
• Won second prize in Hindi extempore competition on Hindi Diwas – 2015.
