Appendix B - Revised Instructionss

Below is a step by step means of how to download groundwater data. Some of the steps have illustrations that will help guide the user. Please follow along with the instructions and illustrations given.

NOTES: Choose from the following criteria to constrain the number of sites selected. By default, the "Site-type" criterion is preselected below
and will default to groundwater on the following page. If no additional site-selection criteria are chosen and no additional specifications are
defined on the following page then output will be for all 7,927 groundwater sites that have daily values data.

Click on 20 Hawaii Region for the Hydrologic Region, and click on Wells for the site type.
Click on the options under Display Summary of Selected Site, Table of sites grouped by (Note: Leave Blank) and will be retrieved for the previous 365 days.
Note: The information in Site-description information displayed in (table format) should already been pre-selected, if not then please do so.
When the selection criteria have been chosen, click Submit.
Click on the following Site Number, 194327156002301, with Site Name (8-4360-01 Kalaoa N. Kona (W12-11), HI). The number chosen represents a station that contains the required data.
NOTE: The Site Number and Site Name does not always have to be the same as above, we are just using this as an example.
