GUIDELINES FOR APPLYING AT AL-FUTTAIM

There are certain important guidelines we recommend that all applicants go by in order for us to get
complete and accurate data on your application. They are enlisted below:

Applications:

 Complete all the mandatory fields in your application. In the situation that this is not done, your
application will go under the “Incomplete” status and cannot be considered until all the
information is entered.
 Always make it a point to reconfirm your email address since all the updates on the status of
your application will be sent through email. In case the email address is incorrect you will not be
able to receive any information on your application.
 Apply to the position pertaining to your field of expertise and only if you match the
requirements mentioned in the job description. Applying to positions that do not match your
area of work will lead to you being rejected.
 Provide only authentic information on your application since your offer will be subject to
reference checks that would confirm the details that you have provided us with.
 In case of Technical positions, applicants must attach a scanned copy of technical certifications
in order to be forwarded on to the Hiring Manager for review.

Interviews:

- All interview related details will be communicated through our system. On receiving a
notification via SMS or email, login to the system through the username and password assigned
and book the time slots for your interview. You will also be able to call your Talent Acquisition
Team Member on the number provided if you wish to discuss.

Follow-ups

- Status updates on your application will be sent to you via email, plus you are able to log in to the
Applicant Centre and check for updates as and when you wish by following the steps below:
 Log in to Applicant Centre through www.afuturewithus.com
 Go to the Applications Section on the menu and you will find the list of jobs you
have applied for along with their current status
- You will receive an acknowledgement when your profile is registered with us. In case you get
an “Incomplete” profile notification, login at the earliest and complete the requisite fields.
- On completion of face to face interviews, kindly do not contact Hiring Managers directly for
updates on your application. The concerned Talent Acquisition team member will either email or
call you to give you feedback.
