Are you the type of person to that hates public speaking or gets nervous before speaking in front

of huge crowds? Don’t worry you’re not alone more than half of the world’s population hates

public speaking. You can learn to reduce the fears and nervousness through some simple tricks.

Whether you have a presentation for work or school, you probably get nervous or scared

knowing the fact that you have present in front of an audience. But why are you nervous or

scared?

Is it because you’re afraid you’re going to mess up? Is it because you lack the social skills

already to speak with others? Everyone has their own reasons for being nervous or scared when

public speaking. Here are some tips to ease those fears, nervousness, and anxiety

To add on try practicing your speech in front of family and friends. It will help you get used to

presenting in front of people. Be prepared by being studying the things you are presenting on

incase anyone has questions. Knowing the information will also help you speak about the topic a
lot easier. Get a good night’s rest. Staying up all night preparing is not going to help you if

you’re tired and can’t remember what you rehearsed.

As you can see there are some helpful things you can do to reduce your nervousness and fears

such as:

 Rehearse your speech in front of family or friends

 Taking deep breaths

 Be knowledgeable on the topic you’re speaking on

 Get a good night’s rest before your presentation

 Remember to have fun! The people are there to learn from you and help you!
