Pork Adobo with Beer

Ingredients :

2 lb. pork
garlic
peppercorns
soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup beer (you can drink the rest)

Cooking Procedures :

1. Cut pork into serving pieces.


2. Marinate with the rest of the ingredients for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
3. Cook in the saucepan until pork is tender.
4. Continue simmer until almost dry and oily.
