4.3.2. Instruments
4.3.2.1. /\ I I measuring instruments, including the energy meters. shall be 01· f l us h - m o u n t e d, buck

4.3.2.2. For analogue type instruments. scale plates shall be of' a permanent white circular or
error s h a l l not be more than one and a h a l f ( I .5%) percent of full-scale range.
4.3.3. P r o t e c t i v e Relays
4.3.3.1. A l l Measurement relays s h a l l be flush mounted and of N u m e r i c Design, with event recording.
4.3.3.2. Besides the communication port, the relays shall have a h u m a n - m a c h i n e interface facility
(I ! M l ) comprising a keypad and an LCD screen, where one can easily access relay
