reinforced cement concrete work for foundations, footings, RCC wall, slabs, beams, columns, staircase, vertical and
horizontal fins, domes, shells and vaults of any shape, all places, all heights including laying of concrete to site by
any means like pumping or tower crane etc., finishing and curing etc. and including Admixtures in recommended

Section-7.00 Plastering Works

Providing and laying average 15mm. thick single coat cement finish cement plaster in CM 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse
8 Sand) on sides of masonry work / block wall / RCC wall etc., at all floors, all shapes and all heights with necessary Sqmt 157.00
scaffolding, curing, making grooves, forming pattas and drip moulds, hacking to the RCC surface, smooth fly ash
bricks and smooth Concrete blocks etc. complete, with floating coat of cement slurry as directed by the Architect and
Engineer-in-charge.

Section-8.00 Waterproofing Works

Providing and laying integral cement based brickbat coba water proofing treatment average 115mm thick and
minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm including preparation of surface as required for treatment on roofs,
balconies, terraces etc. at all floors consisting of following operations and furnishing a guarantee bond of 10
years.Cleaning and applying a cement slurry at the rate 2.75 Kg per sqm mixed with water proofing compound as
manufacture's specification as directed by engineer-in-charge over the slab including adjoining walls up to 300
mmheight including cleaning the surface before the treatment.Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick
bats 25 mm to 115mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing
compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of
9 mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Sqmt 94.00
Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding
of junctions of walls and slabs.After three days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry at the rate
2.75 Kg per sqm admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-
charge.Finishing the surface to make wired finish with average 12 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1
cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-
charge.The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and
for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Only
plan area shall be measured, vata shall not be measured separately and paid for.)

Ambaji White marble stone work . All work inclusive of all taxes, transportation, wastage, protection coverings etc. All
mortar dropping shall be cleaned by wet jute brush immediately after completing masonry work to show clean stones
in elevation before closing day's work. Based on basic plans, elevations & sections of Mandir(temple) provided by the
Architect, the contractor shall submit detailed final execution Autocad drawings applicable to all stone works for the
temple to Architect for their approval before issuing the same for execution. The drawings would include all elements
and ornamentation work based on tender items applicable to all stone works for the temple.

Providing and Fixing Cladding of Pre Polished 15 to 18 mm thick Ambaji White Marble of Approximate size 600 X
1200 mm in horizontal Bands of approximately 600 mm on the inside of the temple with Best Ambaji White Quality
Marble fixed with Cement mortar. The marble is to be fixed on plain Plaster Rendering done in Line and Plumb. The
Marble is to be fixed with white cement providing minimum 12mm complete white cement backing to the marble. No
part of gray cement rendering should come in contact with the Marble. The sides of cladding to be glued with Epoxy
of Akemi/Tanex/Bchem,Lapox or as approved equivalent make The Marble surface is to be Polished after fixing
removing all stains and Residual Epoxy filled in the Joints. .(All work should be executed as per detail Ar. Drawing
11 and detail. Any shade / Colour of ambaji White Marble, stone sample approved by Architect.) This note is also Sqmt 150.00

Supply & Wiring of points to be done in open/concealed manner in 25mm dia medium gauge Rigid PVC pipe. Wiring
shall be done with FRLS type copper flexible wire of 650V/1100V. Separate pipe should be taken for circuit mains.
Nos of circuit of the same phases may be taken in same conduit (maximum 2 ckts).The circuit shall be laid in 25/40
