Authority to sell

This is to authorize Felicitas M. Marquez of legal

age, to do and perform any and all of the following
acts:
TO SELL THE PRORETY located at Anacleto St. Santa
Cruz Manila. More particularly described as follows:
Lot Area: 121.50 Square Meters Transfer Certificate of
Title No. 178635
The AGENT shall receive a Commission Fee equivalent
to Five Percent (5%) of the total Selling Price SIX
MILLION NET as stipulated in the Deed of Sale or
Contract to Sell, Payable upon the Execution of the
instrument.
