APPLICATION
Application Condition : 25 – 35 °C , 60 - 80% RH

Application method : Screen Printing

Screen Type : 61T-120T polyester screen printing (ink except gold,silver,pearl powder
deployment of)

Plastic Scrapping : 65-85 degrees is recommended polyurethane plastic scratch

Drying time : 80°C x 5-10minutes Or 60°C x 30 minutes

Refference Amounts : 300 Mesh screen printing is about 30 m²/kg

Dilution/Solvent Selection : DS-01 Retarder

Mixing Ratio : 10% - 15% of the DS-01 Retarder

Network board wash : Use of organic solvent cleaning ( such as : was water network S-718)

PRECAUTION
1. Before using the ink and curing agent Stir immediately closed after use;
2. The need to add 15% -20% of a diluent for dilution;
3. Construction pieces before construction should remove surface grease and dirt;
4. need trapping, should the previous color is dry or hard work carried out after chromatography;
5. The MASTEK ink is only available to the reallocation of ink series, not mix other types of ink;
