notice received from HSIIDC demanding unreasonable enhancement for the plots allotted at
Sector 4-B, HSIIDC, Bahaurgarh.

CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT POLICY

Dear Sir,

On behalf of our Association, we express our sincere gratitude for sparing your
valuable time, despite your busy schedule, to visit Footwear cluster on November 17.
Your visit was highly encouraging and motivated all the entrepreneurs. We are also
thankful for your prompt resolution of our demands, particularly having sanctioned a
sum of Rs.2,50 crore under the new government policy for cluster development. we
are encouraged to approach your goodself for top up funding in view of the
expansion of the cluster since it was originally approved on 3.12.2012 (photo copy of
the sanction letter attached) for an amount of Rs.15.09 crore.

We are highlighting below the actual amount approved and the expenditure incurred
against thereof to give you a clear hint on additional funding requirements:

Bahadurgarh has started value added facilities for the entire footwear industry. Not
only the construction is complete, but the state-of-the-art machineries have been
installed and the Testing Lab has been commissioned recruiting professional and
skilled staff. The job-oriented training centre has been launched. The Design &
Development Section has also been set up at this Common Facility Centre.
