Greetings of peace Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology!

The Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST) will be having
Midterm Assessment, Review & Planning Workshop and ISO Management Review this
coming July 1-3, 2019 at Baywalk Hotel, Mati City. The said activity will be participated by
the Key Officials of the Foundation College.

In view of our desire to maximize our time and resources, we would like to request from your
