The Defendant requires the information sought in this Request to be provided by 29 August
2019.

Of the whole of paragraph 25

1. Please provide full and proper particulars of the alleged serious harm which each of the
ten statements complained of (“the Statements”) has caused and/or is likely to cause
to the Claimant’s reputation in this jurisdiction. Such particulars should include, but not
be limited to, facts and matters relating to the actual impact of each of the Statements
on those to whom they were communicated which allegedly caused serious harm to the
Claimant’s reputation in this jurisdiction.

2. Please identity each of the European Union states in respect of which it is alleged that
the Claimant has suffered “damage to his reputation”.

3. Please provide full and proper particulars of the alleged serious harm which each of the
Statements has caused and/or is likely to cause to the Claimant’s reputation in each of
the states identified under 2 above. Such particulars should include, but not be limited
to, facts and matters relating to the actual impact of each of the Statements on those to
whom they were communicated which allegedly caused serious harm to the Claimant’s
reputation in those states.
