constituents that corresponds to the increasing economic activity of the area.
2. To accommodate the increasing ambulant and permanent vendors and traders

The proposed project will be located at Lapasan National Highway
The choice of location of any market is a key decision, particularly for urban wholesale
markets. The location is closely bound up with that of transport, as markets are essentialy
only transit stops. The preferred location for markets is one with goods to a main road
system and with compatible adjacent land uses (such as catering and agribusiness
industries).
