CSR Program/Project/Activity Plan A.Y. 2018-2019

Program/Project/A ‘Hatid naming kabataan ay tulong sa mga taong Timeframe: December 22, 2018
ctivity Title: nangangailangan'

Department: Corporate Social Responsibility

Office
Partner Community: Bahay ni Maria Calamba Foundation Address and Contact St. Joseph Cardinal Village, Brgy. Sampiruhan,
Number: Calamba, Laguna

I. Project Background and Rationale

The new CSR plan is to serve childrens and elderly who are currently staying in Bahay ni Maria. Elderly look at the world from a different perspective, more complete and
mature. They are the people who has more experiences in life more than us. But what do the elderly need in order to feel contentment or joy? The most important is to
feel useful. To feel that we need them, to tell them that they still have to offer more.
There are also abandoned and mistreated children that live in the foundation, some are studying and some are helping to take care of the elderly.
Bahay ni Maria Foundation provides a "home" rather than a "facility" so that elderly persons can live in true comfort and with peace-of-mind. In order to ensure that the
elderly residents live an enjoyable and fulfilling life in their old age, we came up with the idea of bringing joy to them annually by serving them in different ways.
Every year, we will provide gifts and different activities for the childrens and elderly before Christmas. We want them to feel the spirit of Christmas even though they are
inside of the foundation. We want to bring them the joy and happenings that people usually do for the celebration of Christmas.

II. Objectives
A. General:
1. To bring joy to the foundation
2. To bring the spirit of Christmas to them
B. Specific:
1. To honor all the elderly and make them feel that they are loved
2. To create a positive loving environment so that elderly and children will feel at home and cared for
3. To help the elderly residents to live comfortably and happily
