Good afternoon, today we will talk about the generations of the past, present and future.

A generation typically refers to a group of people born withinh a certain periodo f time whose
shared age and experiences shape a distinct worldview

The following research compares and contratsts over a century of american generation

GREATEST GENERATION

- Born 1901 to 1927

- Formative events: great depresión, FDR´s New deal, worl war II, Pearl Hardor
- They were teenagers during the Great Depression and fought in World War II. Sometimes
called the greatest generation (following a book by journalist Tom Brokaw) or the swing
generation because of their jazz music.

It is said of the greatest generation that they created modern america from sheer forcé of Will and
decades of harrd work

The population demographic of the greatest generation was rapidly shifting to become more
urban tan agrarian. However, even then, ome in three americans still lived on a farm

The greastest generation was known for their community and nation building, from
infraestructura like interstates to the rise of the suburban middle class. From the oldest member
of the generation to the youngest, there was the largest leap in educational attainment in US
history

The greatest generation had the most veterans. Returning WWll soldiers dealt with the aftermath
of war including “Shell shock”

A dream that was first set into motion by membersd of the greatest generation. Over the course
of 125 years and 7 distinct generations, social, political, sexual, and technologica behavior have
radically evolved

GENERACIÓN MÁS GRANDE

Se dice de la generación más grande que crearon la América moderna con la fuerza de la Voluntad
y décadas de trabajo arduo.

La población demográfica de la generación más numerosa estaba cambiando rápidamente para

convertirse en una población más urbana y más agraria. Sin embargo, incluso entonces, algunos de
los tres americanos vivían en una granja.

La generación más pobre era conocida por su comunidad y por la construcción de la nación, desde
infraestructuras como los interestatales hasta el ascenso de la clase media suburbana. Desde el

educativos en la historia de los Estados Unidos.
