In this activity, my students are going to use Wixie to create a greater understanding off the fictional

stories they read and retell the stories by creating pictures of what happening the stories or creating in
class books.

Activity  First we will read the story The Very Hungry

Caterpillar by Eric Carle. After reading the story I will
ask the students to log into Wixie. Once on Wixie
students will be instructed to create 7 or more
pictures to use to retell the story of The Very Hungry
Caterpillar. Once they draw their pictures we will
print the pictures and staple them together to make a
book.
