Note:
 Cash Rebate will happen through Funds transfer only i.e. NEFT. So make sure the
respective resellers participating for any Brother Schemes provides us their bank details.
 Kindly note no payments will be made thru Cheque.
 Redemption will not be given on Prorata Basis & each reseller is eligible for only one slab.

For E.g.: Reseller purchases the following;

1. 5 units * DCP-T310W + 10 units * DCP-T510W + 6 units * DCP-T710W

So overall his quantity would sum up to 21 units and have thus qualified for Slab 15. So his actual
cash benefit would be Rs. 5,250 only. It won’t be calculated on prorate basis i.e. on the additional
6 units.
Terms & Conditions:

o Scheme is valid from 1st June – 30th June 2019.

o Scheme is applicable only for BSP’s & Resellers.
o There is no additional BSP benefit under this scheme.
o Purchase under this Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other scheme, “which means that
the benefit of any other scheme cannot be claimed for the models purchased under this
scheme”.
o Reward will not be calculated on prorata basis irrespective of the slabs.
o All the billings should happen through the local BC1 Partners assigned to your location.
o All billings from BC1 to Reseller should happen at Dealer Price as per Brother Pricelist.
o Only actual billing (exclusive of Taxes) will be considered and not on the orders booked.
o Models purchased under special cases will not be considered.
o Brother will not be responsible for Non availability of models & this will not be considered
as a reason for non-achievement and thereof no claims will be entertained.
o Claims of any sister concern of our BC1 Partners will be rejected.
o Last date to submit the claims will be 15th July, 2019.
o Kindly send us a covering letter mentioning the total points achieved along with your
Stamped/Signed Invoice Copies with serial no/NEFT Form/PAN No./Address/Pin
code and Contact no.
o Any BSP/Reseller found engaging in fake claims will be blacklisted.
o Brother reserves the right to cancel/amend/modify or discontinue the scheme at any
point of time without giving any reason.
o All decisions of Brother International (I) Pvt. Ltd. will be final and binding in this regard.
o Offer valid till stocks last with Brother International India Pvt. Ltd.
