The new certification program is straightforward and flexible.

Websense organized
the training into two distinct levels, with certification being earned after
successful completion of the second level. Each level provides channel partners
with a greater understanding of both the TRITON architecture as well as how the
high-performance security solution benefits customers from a business and technical
perspective. These two levels are:

101 Level � A self-paced, on-demand, online training course that uses

interactive video presentations and a virtual lab to educate channel partners on
the fundamental features and functions of Websense Web, email, and data loss
prevention (DLP) technology. Partners who complete this level also have a basic
understanding of administrative tasks.
201 Level � An instructor-led training course that uses lectures and hands-on
exercises in a lab environment. Participants interact with peers and experienced
Websense trainers to ensure that partners have a clear understanding of the
advanced features and functions of the Websense Web, email, and DLP technology.
After successfully completing this level, channel partners are able to perform
advanced tasks, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
