Terms and Conditions

1. The Citibank – Asiatravel 0% PayLite on PH Hotels Promo (the “Promo”) is available to all Principal and
Supplementary Cardholders whose Citibank Credit Cards have been locally issued by Citibank (referred to as
“Cardholders”) are active, in good credit standing, and have available credit lines.
The Promo will run from :

2. To qualify for the Promo, a Cardholder must use his/ her Citibank Credit Card to purchase hotel accommodation
in the Philippines by calling the Asiatravel office at (02) 634-4220 / 40 / 60 during the Promo Period.

3. The Promo is non-refundable, non-transferrable & not convertible to cash.

4. PayLite is available for a single-receipt purchase of at least P3,000.00. PayLite Installment purchases are subject
to approval based on the available credit limits at the time of purchase.

5. Cardholders shall be allowed to amortize via 0% PayLite Installment Plan. Subject to Section 7 hereof, the price
of the accommodation purchased under the 0% PayLite Installment Plan shall be interest-free for the duration
of the installment plan. The 0% PayLite Installment Plan is available at 3, 6 and 12 month terms.

6. In the event that a Citibank PayLite merchant, from whom the Cardholder purchased the goods or services for
future delivery, ceases to operate, the Cardholder shall be billed and shall be liable to pay for all unpaid
periodic Citibank PayLite Installments until the entire Total Amount Payable is paid in full.

7. If the Cardholder chooses to pay only a portion of his Total Amount Due as indicated in the Statement of
Account, the unpaid portion of the Citibank PayLite Monthly Installment Due shall be subject to the monthly
finance charge at the prevailing rate of his/her card type. Usual late payment charge applies.

8. Pre-payment of the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan shall be allowed without pre-payment penalty. Should the
Cardholder wish to terminate his/her Citibank PayLite transaction/s before the Term ends, he/she must pay the
remaining Citibank PayLite principal amount plus a cancellation processing fee of P300.

9. All Citibank PayLite Installment purchases are subject to the standard Terms & Conditions Governing the
Issuance and Use of Citibank Credit Cards and all related provisions of the Citibank PayLite Installment Plan.
